We do not provide investment advice. Our platform delivers information and analytical perspectives to support independent decision-making.

“Services” means the Cassia.Fi website, applications, platform, software, content, features, and data provided to Users.

“Third-Party Content” means materials provided by third-party sources (including but not limited to filings, news, market data, YouTube videos, sentiment analysis etc.) that Cassia.Fi integrates into the Services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts

If you create an account on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Cassia.Fi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Services for your own internal purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment

Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension and ultimately termination of your account.

The Services and Third Party Content, including AI-generated analysis and aggregated market data, are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
The Services utilise AI or automated systems which can generate outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or erroneous, and such outputs should not be relied upon as definitive, professional, or factual without independent verification.
Nothing provided by Cassia.Fi constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Services and Content are owned by Cassia.Fi or its licensors.
You are granted only the rights expressly stated in these Terms. All other rights are reserved.
You may not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices contained in the Services.
7. Third-Party Content
The Services may contain or rely on data and information provided by third parties. Cassia.Fi makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of such content.

Cassia.Fi does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cassia.Fi and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from, or related to, the use of the Services.
In no event will Cassia.Fi’s total liability exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Cassia.Fi in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to liability, or (b) $100.
